There's a lot to say
Why you messed up
I was watching How I Met Your Mother the other day and Barney was pestering Ted to be his wingman. Similarly, girls (The Hot Chick) have their same version - only it's called The Best Friend. The Best Friend's job is tedious.
She makes sure of The Hot Chick's sanity, gives out moral advises however twisted they are, is The Hot Chick's crying shoulder, keeps her darkest secrets etc. Of course, The Best Friends falls into 2 category: 1) good, demure, sweet, kind or 2) bitchy plus psycho. Look wise, she might be anything: hot, normal, blah.
The Hot Chick's impression of you depends heavily on what The Best Friend tells her. She is the deciding factor whether your relationship makes or breaks. One small 'Him? Total jerk.' during gossip sessions and you're done. FOREVER. So, the lesson is suck it up to her best friend. It's a Golden Rule.
I've always been a best friend.
So, be nice to me, dammit :)
Rolls eyes
Eclipse pulak. My eyes are rolling out. Maybe the whole thing hasn't hit me yet. Next thing you'll know, I'l take photos with promotional posters and scream when one of them whip their shirt off. :) You'll never know.

Dilemma
If you have been following me on twitter, you would know that I was faced with a dilemma. My mother (not friend, not cousin) actually forced me to make a blog. My own blog while keeping this one too. I'm gonna have my hands full this time :x To be honest, I'm tired to be in between blogs all the time.
If you want to read about the ups and downs of exam, go here. gogogogo :) Relink and refollow. Thanks.
I'm gonna pretend that I did not see that post below and sniggered loudly. ohhhaahaahhaahahah. Sorry. winks.

"I'm not going to tell you anything anymore," he threatened as he got into the car behind me. I gasped with utter horror and began pleading.
"Please please please, don't be mad please." I tugged his shirt sleeve while pouted my lower lip pitifully. He just laid his head back against seat and ignored me. I huffed and begged again, more agressive than the last.
At last, he pulled back his sleeve irritated. "I'm not mad." He finally relented and a smile lit up my face. "You're not?" Yay.
I let him sleep for approximately 2 seconds before interrupting his peaceful slumber. His mum had practically pleaded me to improve his marks. Letting the topic skillfully directed towards his best friend, I started. "You know, our chinese teacher said that your best friend scored pretty well this time."
"Hmm, really? Oh damn." He swore harshly, leaving me suprised. I honestly thought he would be disinterested. Upon looking the look on my face, he explained. "He beat me in bowling." Oh so it's a competitive thing. Boys are such fickle creatures.
"I can help you." I silently offered. His mum would be so thankful. It was his turn to look suprised. "You?" "Yeah. Why not? " If he wanted to say about my short temper, he kept it to himself. "Hey. Fireflies." He referred to the song playing on the radio.
"Do you know how to sing that song?" He challenged. Few lines and he began to sing along together with me. Then he looked away. "I need help in Chinese, Chinese Geo, Chinese History." The song continued to play with me singing along softly.
"Sure thing." I would help you. That's are what friends for after all, isn't it?
I'm pleased that we actually have the chance to converse as friends. That truly pleases me.
She took the midnight train going anywhere
The adrenaline that was coursing through my veins like a fast horse galloping though a endless meadow just a few moments ago is ebbing away. The tension in the room is thick, so thick that it's hard to breath but the however little faith and hope everyone has in themselves is enough to live on.
3,2,1. It's over, for real.
I close my eyes, waiting. And then it hit. A huge tide of sleepiness washed over me, the bustling scene in the classroom becomes a blur. This time, instead of fighting it, I let the unconciousness envelope me in it's arms and pull me into a tight embrace. I'm finally content.
12.35 am The TV drone on in the background. I shook my head in disapproval. Dad always have this bad habit of falling asleep in front of the TV. It is showing a football player whose leg was broken in two places and the disturbing reaction of fans when I switch it off.
Seeing Dad in a unguarded state make me smile, he has always been there for everyone. For gramps, mum, me, sis, employees, friends. He is one of the strongest person I've ever known and the thought of witnessing this rare guileless side of him made me smile. I'm taking care of him this time.
He stirs when I put him in bed. Plop. He turns. A smile is tugging the edges of my lips and I turn to leave. "Sweetheart?" I stop in my track. Does he want water or some painkiller?
"Good luck for tomorrow."
12.45 am Thanks, Dad.
1.13 am Beep. I frown at my phone. Who would possibly be awake at this ungodly hour? My eyes strained as I tried to read the text. What are you doing still up? One thing I love and hate about living just opposite your best guy friend since forever is that he knows everything. When we were small, we used to shout to each other but now, we just leave notes at the window pane. What do you think YOU are doing up so late? Wait, I don't even want to know.
Despite us going different paths, we still remain best of friends. He is now a swimmer, appearing almost daily in the newspaper for winning some competition. I remember when in his early stages of becoming a local star, I would call him very gleefully to tell him that I saw him on some magazine. He would then say : " I bet you're going to break that phone from grasping it so hard." No, you want to know. What if I told you I am looking for educational sexual materials? My temper flared. After so many years, you would think he changed even just a little bit but no, he remained an ass.
I do not want to reply. Wait, you didn't think I was serious did you? I was just joking! He may be the biggest bastard but he knows me well. I grinned despite myself. Hell yeah, you got to be joking. Is it any good? Over cramming your head with biology has certain effects and this is one of them. I am playing along. Very, very skillful. I laugh out loud. I know he is probably studying instead of looking for whatever he said he was looking for. Besides, why do that when you have tons of girls throwing themselves at you? Such of the life the guy next door while I became a nerd. I'm not complaining. Oh shut up and go study.
Yes, Ma'am. Ma'am? Ma'am?! I'm hardly any older than him and he calls me Madam? I'm so going to let him have it tomorrow.
2.06 am The digestive system includes alimentary canal and digestive glands. The alimentary canal begins at the mouth and ends at the anus. The digestive glands include salivary glands, liver, pancreas, gastric glands and small intestinal glands.
2.57 am The bed. Ever so tempting. The pillows look so crisp with just a slight dent in the middle, an evidence that I took a highly coveted nap during the afternoon. The blanket was pulled back, beckoning me to step right in and pull myself tight against it. My teddy almost look positively sad that I wasn't lavishing attention on him and to hug it. I can even see it in his eyes. Just a little while, dearies. When I'm get this over with, I'll have my way with you.
4.00 am Hah. So much for 'a little while'. Iodine solution. Benedict's solution. Yes, my patience is wearing thin. I realise that.
5.43 am Lack of Vitamin A causes night-blindness. Oh that's all? I'm done? Oh. OH. Oh yes. I'm going to get a few Zs. Ah, this is bliss. RRRIIINNNGGG! Oh sod it.
7.48 am My nails are a national disaster. They are all uneven around the edges and oh no, oh no, some are square. Do you know that the hardest part in our body is our nail? It's made out of something that starts that k, I cannot recall the name now.
I know, I'm blabbering to take my mind off my nerves. The papers look so intimidating that I'm already hyperventilating even before I walked into the room. Oh no. What if I fail? What if? There's just so many people just scrunitizing my every move, waiting for my ever so spectacular fall from grace and then snapping their jaw at the catch. There happens to be more this year, I fear.
7.56 am OK, I can do this. Deep breathes, in, out. See? Simple? I'll just walk in there and do my thing. At least I know I did my utmost best and it's that that matters, not a bunch of numbers. They're just numbers, no stress.
With that, I took bigger strides into the room with a huge smile, radiating confidence. Besides, what have I got to lose?
Just don't trip.
